Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my Internet isn't working?
Technology is not always reliable, so having a plan if your computer or internet are not working is important. Figure out a backup plan for both your computer and internet to ensure you have access to classes every day. Having internet and a computer to login to classes is necessary and cannot be used as an excused absence. We suggest visiting your local library, coffee shop, family/friends house or computer, or another location which has wi-fi whenever you are experiencing internet issues.
Have you moved, changed numbers or email address?
ISMN works hard to ensure all information and supports are given in a timely matter. If you have moved, changed numbers, or have a new email address, please let us know as soon as possible so we have all up-to-date information.
If anything changes in family dynamic/custody, please let us know so we are following correct protocol and exchanging educational information to the correct individuals.
