After supporting students and families year after year, we have noticed that the most successful families:

• Have their student log in every day Monday-Friday and their Learning Coach log in at least once every week
• Have their student check their emails multiple times daily and their Learning Coach check their emails at least once a day
• Have designated time daily/weekly (up to you and your family) to check in regarding grades and assignments
• Have flowing conversations between student, Learning Coach, teacher, advisor, and administration throughout the year
• Have consistently completed Pulse Check surveys throughout the year to provide important feedback
